The product to grind is gathered in loading hopper and then distributed in thin layer on all the length of the slow cylinder with the help of rolls as long as the cylinder. The grinded products go out through the first two cylinders. The cleaning of the ruled rolls is performed by means of a brush and that of the smooth rolls by means of knife scraping machines, both thanks to the synchronised engagement and disangagement to the grinding rolls. The glass doors allow the product feed-control and the doors below allow the product inspection.
